Frequently Asked Questions

What room types does the ClubHouse Inn offer?
Eight in total, ranging from a 288-square-foot King Room for couples up to a 708-square-foot Family Suite. In between are King Deluxe rooms with a sofa bed or a double-size jacuzzi, Double Queen rooms, a Double Queen Deluxe with sofa bed, and mobility-accessible versions of both the King and Double Queen. Throughout, the lodge-style furniture and wildlife decor give the rooms a genuine Montana feel guests call out in reviews.
What's the biggest room for a family or group?
The Family Suite: 708 square feet in an L-shaped layout with two queen beds plus a full sofa bed, a queen sofa bed, an extra sitting area, a second TV, and a wet bar. Guests confirm it comfortably handled their party of six after full Yellowstone days.
Is there a room with a jacuzzi tub?
Yes. Our King Deluxe Jacuzzi Room features a double-size jacuzzi tub set outside the bathroom, one king bed, and old hickory furniture. It's the room to pick when the plan is geysers by day and a long soak by night.
How accessible are your rooms?
Accessibility is a strength here. We offer mobility-accessible King and Double Queen rooms with raised toilets and grab bars, and some with roll-in showers. Entry and passage doors provide 32 inches of clear width, and the pool, elevator (with Braille), business center, and public entrances are all accessible. If elevator access is essential to your stay, mention it when booking and we'll place you on the ground floor by request. Service and support animals are always welcome.
What amenities come with every room?
All rooms include a pillowtop bed with blackout drapes, free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV with DirecTV channels, a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker, individually controlled heat and A/C, an iron and ironing board, wake-up service, a telephone and radio, and a private bathroom with free toiletries and a hair dryer.
Can I add a rollaway bed or crib?
Yes, both are available with advance notice (a fee may apply). Our Double Queen rooms fit a rollaway, taking capacity to six.
Which rooms allow pets?
Pet-friendly rooms are available on request at no extra charge for the pet; we ask for pet registration and a signed pet agreement at check-in. If anyone in your party has allergies, request one of our pet-free rooms instead. Both options are flexibility you won't find at every West Yellowstone hotel.
I'm a light sleeper. Which room should I ask for?
Tell us when you book direct or call (406) 646-4892, and we'll note a request for a room away from the elevator and, in busy season, away from the group-loading side of the parking lot. Summer in West Yellowstone is lively; a well-placed room makes all the difference.
