Summer Groups:

West Yellowstone is a popular summer destination for groups offering hiking, horseback riding, kayaking, wildlife viewing, fishing and more.

Group and Bus Tours
The Clubhouse Inn does offer services for tour groups. We would be happy to offer bus tours a special group rate that would be non-commissionable. Rates and terms would be arranged by one of our management staff so please contact us by phone or email and we would be happy to see what we can arrange for you and your customers. Summer groups receive discounted rates. The Clubhouse Inn offers special discounted rates for groups booking 10 or more rooms per night for your special summer event. We offer West Yellowstone lodging for family reunions, clubs, church retreats or social groups to be near one of the most scenic summer destinations, Yellowstone National Park.

Winter Groups:

West Yellowstone is a popular winter destination offering snowmobiling, snow coach tours, cross country skiing, sled dog racing, wildlife viewing, show shoeing, ice fishing and more.

The hotel is not open to individual travelers during the winter. Winter groups will receive exclusive use of the hotel.

The Clubhouse Inn is reserved by groups only during the winter. All hotel amenities are available with 15 or more rooms for a minimum of 2 nights for your special winter event. This is exclusive lodging in West Yellowstone for family reunions, clubs, church retreats or social groups to have a private setting near one of the most scenic winter wonderlands, Yellowstone National Park.
